We aim for our classes to promote Martial Arts as a way of enhancing your lifestyle. Using Martial Arts as a tool for improving fitness, flexibility, confidence and self esteem.






The main focus of our training is to maintain a healthy body and mind by including a mix of cardio vascular, strength, flexibility and co-ordination training. We make sure our classes are enjoyable and interesting to encourage long term participation from our students. We also aim to make the classes hard enough to give a sense of accomplishment whilst ensuring contact is kept to a safe level.

At Lifestyle Martial Arts we aim to provide a safe and professional training package for Individuals, Families, Schools and Organisations who wish to use Martial arts as a hobby that keeps them fit and healthy with the added benefit of realistic self protection skills
